Visitors & Guests.
As a visitor or guest to Zenith Garden, we welcome you. We expect that our by-laws are upheld at all times and that when using our facilities, it is essential that the Resident of which you are visiting always accompanies you whilst using our facilities.
Parking is provided in the marked designated visitor parking spaces and you're welcome to park here when visiting, as parking on the roads within the Estate is not permitted (unless for Trades working within the Estate during permitted hours).
Please leave the Estate and its facilities as you've found them and keep your speed within the Estate below 25klm/h.
Access
Entering Zenith Garden Estate is via the intercom panel at the front gates. Here you can contact the resident by looking up their house number on the console.
The resident can then open the gate for you to enter.
Parking
Ample parking spots have been designated around the Estate for the use of Visitors & Guests. At no time is parking permitted on the streets within the Estate, with the only exception to delivery of bulk items and trade services throughout business hours Mon - Friday and Saturday between 8am and 12 noon.
Further parking is always available outside of the Estate.
